For this project, I designed a fully automated onboarding flow using Notion and Make to simplify and streamline client hiring processes.

What it does:

This system removes the manual back-and-forth by automating key steps—from scheduling interviews to sending timely follow-ups.

Features include:

• ✅ Personalized email invites sent the moment an interview is scheduled
• ✅ Follow-up reminders to collect documents at the right time
